BERMAD MUT1222 Insertion Electromagnetic Flow Meter
The BERMAD MUT1222 is an insertion electromagnetic flow meter designed for water-network management, leakage control, district metering, flow surveys and profiling. BERMAD offers MC406 battery/DC and MC608 mains-powered configurations and documents three insertion sizes for pipe sizes from DN50 to DN2600.
Portable or permanent insertion measurement
BERMAD documents the MUT1222 for portable or dedicated permanent use. The insertion approach can provide an alternative to a full-bore meter where its installation and measurement characteristics suit the pipeline and project. BERMAD also describes hot-tapping installation; pressure, valve, safety and installation requirements must be confirmed before specifying that approach.
